The Sleeping Princess
Children's Stories.
Today: The Sleeping Beauty.
I want to introduce this classic tale in an entertaining and dynamic version which you can share with your children, too little time and without reading seems too long and boring. http://www.gangi.supersitio.net/.
Once, many, many years, in a kingdom far away, a queen and a king who had a beautiful baby girl they named Aurora. For the celebration of baptism, the king invited all the fairies of the kingdom, but unfortunately forgot to invite the evil Maleficent. I was furious and although not invited, Maleficent was presented at the castle on the day of the feast, and as I passed the home of the girl, he made a curse, saying, "When I was sixteen pierced with a spindle and die ".
Hearing this, the good fairy who was near him another spell to avoid the terrible condemnation of the evil: "When stuck, instead of dying, Aurora will be asleep for a hundred years and only the kiss of a prince wakes her up." Years passed and Aurora became a beautiful princess. The king had ordered all the spindles were destroyed the castle in order to prevent the princess would prick.
But that was useless, because when they turn sixteen, the princess who ran the castle came to an unknown place and met a deaf old was spinning. The princess asked him to let her help and did what the bad fairy had predicted: Aurora pricked with a spindle and fell to the ground. After many attempts no one could overcome the spell, Aurora spent their days and not wake up.
The princess was placed on a bed of flowers. But the good fairy who does not give up, had a brilliant idea. If the princess would sleep for a hundred years, the inhabitants of the kingdom as well be sleeping with her, so when the princess would wake up everyone around him. He took the golden wand and make an imaginary circle in the air, gave a charm and suddenly, silence came over the place, nothing moved, and all but everyone slept.
In the surroundings grew strange and vast forest, with the passage of time, was hiding the castle until he could no longer see. As they passed one hundred years, a prince who was passing by. found that immense forest that caught his eye and decided to move forward making his way with his sword.
But the forest was very dense and decided to return, when suddenly through the branches he could see the huge castle and moved on. When he arrived he saw that the drawbridge was lowered, as if someone was waiting. Under the horse and I walk along the animal to carry the reins. When he entered he saw all the people lying on the stairs, in hallways, in the yard and thought with horror that they were all dead,
But slowly moved closer to them and found that all were fast asleep. "Awake Awake," he shouted again and again, but no one replied. More and more surprised, admission to the castle until he reached the room where the princess was sleeping Aurora. For a long time looked at the serene face of the beautiful girl who was sleeping peaceful.
Then he felt born in his heart the love he had always expected. Very excited, approached her, took her hand and kissed it gently. With that kiss the princess stretched and opened his eyes, awakening from its long, long sleep and seeing the prince muttered, have finally arrived! In my dreams just waiting now. "The evil spell was broken. The princess rose and extended his hand to the prince.
At that moment everyone in the castle awoke. Everyone got up, looked surprised and wondered what had happened. When they realized, full of joy ran together the princess who was more beautiful and happier than ever. Soon, the castle that had been so long immersed in the silence, recovery joy. He was filled with music and laughter, because they all prepared for the wedding of Aurora and the prince.
