Ethics in Business - Please Have Some

Is your business ethical?

What I mean is "Your company is the right
What before this decision? "And 'a
simple question, that many companies struggle
with. I just do not understand the struggle part?

I worked for companies that believed they were
ethical, and really have no idea. Meaning of
who make decisions every day about their customers
employees and does not endorse ethics.

So, what is it? When someone gives you in business
their word and then deny that it is unethical.
Your word is your promise. Even if it is your
company that made the statement.

Make a good deal and being a good employer
more of your product or people, are the guidelines
you've got a good deal. I'm disappointed
in many unethical businesses exist today. I
has worked for some of them and they just do not understand ...
that 'tough talk', but when decisions are made I
can not understand what motivated them to come to their decision?
It was not necessarily 'do the right thing'.

Yes, I know profits are pinnacle to most, but not
the bottom line! The bottom line is how the client,
partners, or potential customers away from
Experience. What's so hard to get? It also helps
you feel good about yourself and your business, and
should sleep better too!

Treat them as you want to be treated ... I'm serious!

Do not say something that they have no intention of backing up
with your action. Keeping your word in business, in
compensation promises, the promises of the customer, in doing good
business. This is the pinnacle!

I do not want to digress here, but some companies need a
wake-up call (yesterday). What puzzles me is why?
When you do good business, you get more good business.
I'm not just talking about Enron or Arthur Anderson
the world, I'm talking about all kinds of outdoor activities
there, in every sector.

If each of us has refused to do business with these
unethical companies - would be a lot less.

Being one of those ethical. Make a good deal, keep your
word, do not venture into areas of shadow, and do the right thing!
Sure, sometimes it will cost something, but it will
repay, and will not cost you your dignity or pride or
worth having a client. Is not your business worth?
Or how about the personal reputation?

Try this: The next time you face to 'do the
right thing '? Well, when you do it '- do so with extreme
pleasure! *

* This will pay you and your business back ten times. Why?
Because that person (customers, employees, customers, etc.) is

most ethical companies, like yours. We could see a decrease
unfair competition very soon.
