WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP

The position of women today has evolved, we have made efforts to be recognized as factors of development in the country.

But rather than being recognized by society, our main thrust is the personal satisfaction to the fullness of good as well as the well-being, within the roles we play in the family, social, academic, labor, among others.

With respect to the family sphere, we are creating new generations, which commits us to be individuals with values, physically and emotionally healthy, collaborative, friendly, happy, good habits, devoted and loving entrepreneurs, without fear of failure, ridicule and success.

Socially, continue with an active, responsive to the common needs and proactive in the implementation of alternative solutions, but without doubt our greatest contribution will be reflected in the work we have done in the family.

As regards the academic field, is in urban areas showing a degree of balance in opportunities for access to education, no clutch, in rural areas the situation is different, where the largest number of places are occupied for male students as a matter of idiosyncrasy in combination with the customs of his community, where the predominant role of women is for domestic and reproductive activities.

In the workplace, is where I see a greater lag, so the Federal Government had to implement the Public Policy of Gender Equality and the use of inclusive language, which tacitly affirms the unequal conditions.

These policies seek to promote conditions of equality, where women go gradually occupying senior positions and responsibility in organizations.

Notably, the effort and mastery of skills has been hard work, finally leaves a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment, is a constant challenge that motivates us to continue and keep preparing.
