Having a good cry

We all have a natural function of the body that helps to relieve stress. Can you guess what I'm talking about? It 's something that we, unfortunately, discouraged from doing so. Just as the natural function of the body that have to alleviate the accumulation of heat in our body, called sweat. We have a natural function of the body to relieve stress, anxiety and other emotional build-up, and it's called crying. Yes, cry. We should make us cry.

From very young ages, most of us are told not to cry. "Do not cry." "Stop crying, which at this time." If you cry you're considered weak. In some cultures it is considered unworthy. Where have we got? It does not matter. Allow yourself to cry.

Sometimes we have no choice. Our bodies ignore any attempt to suppress the urge to cry. But when we hold back the tears, we only amplify the movements or stress our body is trying to liberate.

Yes, there are times when it is acceptable to cry. We are able to cry tears of joy, right? We are able to cry at weddings, graduations, or births. We may even cry when we laugh. So why should this stuff down the tears when we really need to get them out when we are emotionally stressed, sad, depressed or physical pain. Allow yourself to cry. Natural stress relief is really the best of all options.

Women have more leeway than men to cry. It is not quite right, but it's true. Women can usually leave the tears far more easily than men because it is accepted. And 'rarely acceptable for men to cry, except in case of death, but men should put down the suit and leave crying.

Cry anyway you want. What tears in his eyes, or roll down your cheeks, or just walk into a full-out sob. Choose a place that will not be disturbed, and have a good cry. Of course, you may experience side effects of crying, swollen eyes, runny nose, but after a deep cry, you'll feel better. You know I do. Sometimes crying helps clear the mind, and can also help you to reflect on things a bit 'more clearly than you would if you keep inside those stressful emotions. We all know that decisions tend to be full of emotional difficulties.

When I was a child my mother used to say, "Weep, weep loudly. Come on, you can do better." Of course, there egging her would only upset me and my brothers, and we would cry even harder, but when we stopped crying, you feel the emotions raised that made us cry in the first place, and we moved on. Allow yourself to cry.

Sure there are other ways to reduce stress, of course, exercise, sex, sleep, massage, baths, but do not ignore or go without crying, a form of immediate and effective natural stress relief.
